# 2 The Fact

You becomes strong when you start believing in your strength.

Strength is not an external entity, it is there in you, but the problem is, you will seldom realize about it.

The journey of being strong will end the very day, you will start appreciating your abilities, capabilities and values. Stop finding a stimulus or the right time to realize your potentials.

Life is neither that easy that we want it to be, nor its that difficult the way we perceive it. But to lead life with the best way possible, you have to be strong. Here I am not talking about physical strengths only, its about metal and spiritual strength as well. You are born with these strengths. But yes sometimes there is a need to realize its existence in you.

I believe in a simple theory, that the strength is our internal entity whereas fear and weakness is external, but we being the society driven creatures, believes that our abilities are highly affected by these external entities. This is the moment when we gave them the authority to control us.

Now again the question arises, how to overcome these external entities and realize our internal strength,....

..... the answer lies in the concept of "INTROSPECTION".

#1 The Fact

It’s not the lack of Happiness around us; it’s the lack of receptive abilities…. We are so busy in building walls around us, that we ultimately bind ourselves in a close sphere and thus blocks all the ways for the happiness to come inside.

Remember, you cannot fill an empty jar with no opening, even if you will put it in the ocean for years

It’s a universal truth that happiness is everywhere, but “we are so busy in finding sorrows that we ultimately neglects all the happiness around us.”

See, no one can bring happiness for you. You have to take a step forward to grab that smile. Yes, there could be some triggers that can help you, but believe me no trigger could benefit you, until or unless you are not ready to perceive it in a meaningful manner.

Remember, one smile can decrease the pain; it can fill your empty heart with the eternal light of joy and happiness…
Now the question arises, how to find the happiness?

The answer is very simple

“STOP FINDING SORROWS”
